Mene Thoughts: Spring Break 2021
Last year, spring break was stolen by quarantine. Now, students share the memories they made over this past break.

Angelica Castillo – 10th
“I hung out with one of my friends and celebrated my mom’s birthday.”

Andy Le – 10th
“During spring break I mainly helped out with my mom’s business, prepping, making sauce and candy. On Friday night I helped out at the “What The Truck?!” event at the Kroc Center and we were selling food that we made sauce and candy. [I also] played video games and watched anime.”

Kaitlyn Takasawa – 10th
“Over spring break I hiked Keālia trail and went to Mokuleia and Waikiki beach. I also went kick golfing.”

Tiffany Marn – 11th
“During spring break I was left tragically immobilized due to getting my wisdom teeth torn out of my face. Painful, but the best sleep (albeit via medication) I ever had.”

Danni Neyer – 11th
“During Spring break I spent time, (whenever it was sunny), on the beach with my family, (safely social distanced, masks when appropriate).”

AyraMae Narciso – 12th
“Over spring break, I went walking around my neighborhood and hung out with some of my friends at the park. I also took my senior portraits with other friends as well.”
