Senior girl basketball players held their senior night on Thursday January 27 after a battle against the Kaiser Cougars. Menehunes fought till the end but ultimately took their second loss in the league season with a tight score of 44-33. After the game, seniors Tamara Fillmore, Sara Kau, Lahela Rosa Lasco, and Erin Manlapit celebrated their last season by taking their last shot, reading messages to their loved ones, and a lei ceremony. The girls’ regular season will run till February 2 where they will be heading up against Kapolei High School.
