Culinary 2 students whip up fancy brunch service for faculty

Culinary teacher Lars Mitsuda serves office staff Jonelle Titcomb (center) and Jill Kamimura-Salcedo their hot entree. Culinary 2 students practiced cooking and serving brunch this Thursday and Friday. The meal included three entrees and a dessert, using local ingredients as much as possible.
