She doesn’t necessarily have a favorite dessert, but her favorite ice cream flavor is chocolate chip cookie dough. Deja’s dream vacation is going to Japan. She aspires to be a successful business woman.

Jayla is passionate about her culture, as she has participated in Moanalua High School’s May Day program for the past two years. Kaitlyn Asiata is a junior and she is entering her first year in Newswriting. Additionally, she’s in her second year in Yearbook, second year in MoHS Graphics, and her first year in the MoHS animation team. In the future, she aspires to work a career in graphics or animation. Kaitlyn describes herself as very resilient, but also as a procrastinator. Her mindset is to never give up.
